Nextwave ICF is a distributorship serving California, dedicated to the most up to date ways of building. Since 2014 we have been delivering Quad-Lock as far South as Cabo San Lucas, BCS Mexico via our affiliate company, Nextwave Baja. Our role as an importer of Quad-Lock includes helping owners and builders find local project architecture, builders, and upon request providing oversight of Quad-Lock installation. ICF is a quick, easy building system consisting of lightweight EPS(expanded polystyrene) material, a thermal insulation that doubles as the pouring form of solid concrete walls and roof. It's designed as a hygienic, environmentally sustainable quantum leap in the construction process and new standard of quality.
In 2007 La Concha Pearl de La Paz 7-story condos was built out of Quad-Lock with maximum comfort, energy efficiency, and disaster resistance in mind.
